Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! All of our bags are lovingly handcrafted to order. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your pre-order.

🛍️ Pre-Orders Only (Monthly Cycle)

We operate exclusively on a pre-order basis, and our pre-orders are organized monthly.

For example:

If you place an order in July, your bag will enter production after July 31st. Production begins once the pre-order window for that month has closed.

🧵 Production Time

Each bag takes a minimum of 45 days to be handmade, starting after the pre-order month ends.

This does not include shipping time.

We’ll notify you once your bag is complete and ready to ship.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once your bag is finished, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout:

• Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping time is in addition to the production period.

📦 Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🌎 International Orders

We ship worldwide! Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

🕒 Delays & Patience

All of our bags are handcrafted with care. While we aim to meet our timelines, occasional delays can occur due to high demand, holidays, or supply chain issues.
